ROLE PURPOSE:
As part of the Global Finance Systems team, this role will primarily support Oracle Fusion Financials (Cloud) users in our Sportsbet business in Australia. The position requires working hours aligned to 9 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time/ 5am to 2pm Indian Standard Time.
The successful candidate will be an experienced specialist who can resolve routine queries with little oversight, apply expertise to analyse and solve problems without explicit precedent, and escalate issues where appropriate. While a finance or IT qualification is an advantage, the focus is on strong systems support capability rather than advisory-level responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide end-user support for issues, access requests, and queries in Oracle Fusion and other Finance applications.
