- Preparation of job master and send for approval to the salesperson & hand
- over to alldepartments
- Preparing pending order list as per indent.
- Daily production planning.
- Daily manpower management as per production through the supervisor.
- Daily DPR send to accounts department through WhatsApp (50%) and Excel (100%)
- Daily OEE sheet preparation.
- Planning of new job materials trial before starting the production
- Daily entry of wastage control and shared with the account departmentDaily maintenance of PO files for future reference.
- Preparing the COA and quality report for export jobs if required.




- Daily maintenance of RM and paper core consumption report to the accountsdepartment through supervisors

- Monitor the wastage data (setting waste and machine waste) and ensure to minimise.Ensure cleaning of dies, machine, and surrounding panels.
