Manage guest relations, resident services, and facility operations where applicable
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of real estate properties, project sites, or residential/commercial developments.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Skills Required:
- Hospitality management and customer service expertise.
- Site supervision and facility management knowledge.
- Team leadership and coordination.
- Vendor and contractor management.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools).
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
