ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and commercially strong Senior Sourcing Analyst to lead and support sourcing activities across India and global markets. This role requires deep expertise in end-to-end procurement, cross-category sourcing, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate brings solid negotiation skills, a solid understanding of regional and global supply markets, and the ability to manage sourcing projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.This position will play a key role in delivering commercial value, optimizing supplier performance, and driving consistency across categories and regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic & Cross-Category Sourcing
- Lead and execute sourcing initiatives across India and global markets covering multiple categories (e.g., Qualified Services, Technology, Marketing, Facilities, HR, Operations, etc.).
- Conduct market research, supplier assessments, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
- Develop and run RFx processes independently (RFI/RFP/RFQ),



including scoping, supplier shortlisting, evaluation, and recommendation.
- Support category managers and global teams in developing long-term sourcing and category strategies.
- Drive consolidation, cost optimization, and value-creation opportunities across categories and regions.

Supplier Management
- Manage supplier negotiations, contracting support, and commercial discussions to drive competitive outcomes.
- Monitor supplier performance, SLAs, compliance, and risk indicators; identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing supplier relationship management.

Operational Execution
- Manage day-to-day sourcing and procurement tasks including negotiations, pricing analysis, and contract documentation.
