Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, and order confirmations.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead management and customer follow-ups.
- Assist in achieving departmental sales targets through effective coordination.

Order Processing & Documentation
- Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain order tracking and update customers on order status.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices, Order Acknowledgements, and other sales documents.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of sales-related records.

Customer Communication




- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and factory tours.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.

CRM & Reporting
- Update and maintain CRM/database records.
- Generate sales reports, inquiry reports, order status reports, and MIS reports.
- Monitor pending quotations and follow-up activities.
- Assist management in preparing sales forecasts and performance reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
