Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sr. Sales Officer to drive lead generation, client acquisition,



and sales of financial products within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and channel partnerships.
- Organize promotional activities, events, and lead-generation campaigns within the assigned territory.
- Meet prospective clients and explain loan products, eligibility criteria, benefits, and repayment structures.
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and field surveys to identify business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
