Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Generate leads and conduct sales calls, including cold calling
- Promote company services and close sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance
- Support administrative and office operations as needed
- Assist with marketing initiatives and customer outreach campaigns
- Provide basic IT support, including software updates and system backups
- Mentor and support current team members when required
- Meet individual and team performance targets
Experience
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative, or similar role
- Experience working with American customers or international clients is preferred
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using VOIP systems
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
