HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Executiveto join our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across our Retail Store and Production Unit — covering recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations including attendance, leave records, and employee database
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: screening, scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters, and onboarding
- Conduct induction training covering hygiene, customer service, billing, and production safety
- Coordinate payroll processing — collect attendance and overtime data, support salary disbursement and festival bonuses
- Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, minimum wages, GST, FSSAI, shop license, and insurance renewals
- Maintain audit-ready HR files, contracts, and vendor agreements
- Organize and track monthly performance reviews and KPI metrics (punctuality, hygiene, customer handling, production efficiency)
- Address employee grievances, coordinate resolutions,



and maintain a positive work workplace
- Communicate HR updates and notices via WhatsApp groups and notice boards in Tamil/English
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports for management — covering manpower, payroll, training, and compliance
- Recognize and reward employee contributions during festivals and high-demand periods

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0 -3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, food, or manufacturing industries
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI,minimum wages, FSSAI, and other statutory requirements
- Proficiency in MS Exceland HR management tools or software
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written):
