Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new formulations for organic and natural skincare products.
- Research herbal extracts, essential oils, active ingredients, and natural preservatives.
- Create stable formulations for:
- Face Wash
- Face Creams
- Body Lotions
- Serums
- Scrubs
- Soaps
- Hair Oils
- Shampoos
- Sunscreens
- Lip Care Products
- Conduct product stability and compatibility testing.
- Maintain formulation records, batch sheets, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams for pilot and commercial batches.
- Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations and quality standards.
- Improve existing products for better performance and cost optimization.
- Support product claims and ingredient research.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.




- Diploma/Certification in Cosmetic Formulation preferred.
- 3-10 years of experience in cosmetic or personal care product formulation.
- Knowledge of natural, organic, Ayurvedic, and herbal ingredients.
- Understanding of GMP, quality control, and cosmetic regulations.
