Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sports strategy aligned with the educational goals and values of YS Group.
- Oversee all aspects of sports operations, including scheduling, coaching, facilities management, and equipment procurement.
- Lead and mentor a team of coaches and support staff to ensure effective delivery of sports programs.
- Identify and nurture talented athletes, providing them with opportunities for development and participation in competitive events.




- Collaborate with academic departments to integrate sports into the overall curriculum and student development initiatives.
- Promote a culture of sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play among students and staff.
- Coordinate with external organizations, sponsors, and community stakeholders to enhance sports partnerships and opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate sports programs, assessing their impact on student engagement, performance, and overall well-being.
- Ensure compliance with relevant sports regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5 years) in a leadership role within a sports department, ideally within an educational institution or similar workplace.
