Qualification and Skills

Formal Qualifications

Essential

PG Diploma in operational Excellence

Diploma in Mechanical engineering.

10 th in PCM

Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required

Essential

Minimum 11 years’ experience in Production, Lean Manufacturing and Process

Engineering

Robust understanding of production and shop-floor processes

Expertise in team work, leader ship and Manpower handling.

Deep understanding of automotive quality systems (7QC tools,4M)

Knowledge About 8D, Why-Why Sheet, Control Plan.

All OSP material handling.

Lean tool (FFA, 5S, KAIZEN ,POKA YOKA)

To maintain all system related document.

Cost of poor quality, safety, waste.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
