Patient Coordinator - Dental Clinic

We are seeking a Patient Coordinator with prior dental clinic experience (mandatory) to manage patient communication, treatment coordination, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient appointments and treatment schedules
- Explain treatment plans and assist with case acceptance
- Follow up with patients regarding treatments and recalls
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental clinic
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Solid communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients and schedules efficiently

Location: Hyderabad
Salary: As per experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,780.84 per month
