We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations for our Europe-based warehouses. This role will involve managing inventory reconciliation, repack operations, inbound/outbound logistics, and resolving issues related to purchase orders (POs), invoicing, stock reallocations, and customer disputes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP logistics modules , warehouse management systems (WMS) , and robust project management skills. You will work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to optimize transportation, inventory management, and logistics processes across multiple European countries.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10 logistics professionals across various European countries, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, effective transport management, and optimal warehouse performance.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for team performance and logistics efficiency, reviewing and improving targets regularly to meet business goals.
- Train and mentor team members ,



fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and efficiency across logistics operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders , including suppliers, warehouse teams, and business leaders, to ensure alignment on logistics objectives, compliance, and seamless operations across European markets.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with trade, procurement, supply planning, and warehouse teams to improve communication, reduce ATP (Available-to-Promise) cuts, and optimize order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review performance metrics, resolve bottlenecks, and align on supply chain goals, driving operational improvements.
- Lead SAP implementation for logistics modules , managing the integration with WMS systems and supporting the setup of new SAP plants.
