Diploma in Welding, or similar field and all applicable welding certificates.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Practical experience in Orbital welding is prerequisite
Appropriate licenses and certifications to perform commercial welding works
Welders' certification.
Experience in using MAXIMO System or any other CMMS is an added advantage.
Carbon Steel (CS) / Stainless Steel (SS)
GTAW / SMAW, STT, SAW
- Key Accountabilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Determine appropriate welding program and method based on requirements.
- Set up components for orbital welding according to project specifications
- Weld components using Swagelok or other systems
- Perform visual examination of welds




- Understand and perform purging and pressurization of systems
- Can set up electric and acetylene welding equipment.
- Can perform brazing, hard facing, cutting and welding of various structures and other metal items as per specifications.
- Can form and fabricate metal part and member as per specifications.
- Can fuse Metal parts for the repair & maintenance of equipment using either electric or acetylene.
- Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management within reason.
