Responsibilities
- Manage international customer queries and provide high-quality service support.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and escalate as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
- Solid communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
