- Assist customers with complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.

Product and Service Explanation :
- Call members to explain the advantages and features of Shaadi.com, including the advantages of premium services.

Profile Management :
- Guide customers through the steps of profile completion, ensuring their profiles are accurate and up to date.

Customer Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with customers to encourage long-term engagement.

Documentation :
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the system.
- Update customer details and follow up on open issues as necessary.
