- The Technical Project Manager - is a primary contributor to Applause s overall growth and profitability. The Technical Project Manager is to work remotely or on the client site.

Your specific duties shall include, but not be limited to:
Project Management:/Business Intelligence:
- Supporting strategic customer-facing projects through the creation and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
- Assisting with communication plans, meeting facilitation, reporting, analysis, and insights.
- We re looking for someone who displays analytical prowess and has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and with the customer.
- Ensures team meets customer testing timelines, and internal SLAs and manages a team to meet or exceed overall KPIs
