Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall accounting and finance operations of the organization.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee taxation activities including GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and implement financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage payroll coordination and vendor payment processes.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Expertise in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple financial functions and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling audits, compliance, and financial strategy.
- Industry-specific experience (manufacturing, retail, real estate, hospitality, etc.) is an advantage.

Experience
- 4+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with leadership responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
