Job Title: Alumni Relations Coordinator

About the Organization:
North South Foundation (NSF) is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization that has been supporting students through scholarships and educational initiatives since 1989 in the USA and 2004 in India. NSF aims to create a robust alumni network to foster career growth, mentorship, and community engagement.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Alumni Relations Coordinator to engage and maintain strong relationships with NSF alumni. The role includes organizing networking events, managing alumni communications, and facilitating mentorship programs to create a thriving alumni community.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build & Maintain Alumni Relations: Develop and sustain meaningful relationships with alumni.

2. Event Coordination: Support and organize alumni reunions, networking events, and workshops.

3. Communication & Social Media: Work with the social media team to manage newsletters, social media updates, and alumni-related content.

4. Database Management:



Maintain accurate and updated alumni records.

5. Engagement & Contributions: Identify opportunities for alumni involvement and encourage their contributions.

6. Career Resources & Mentorship: Facilitate mentorship programs and provide career resources for alumni.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in alumni relations, event management, or community engagement.

3. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi and Telugu (preferred).

4. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.

5. Experience in working with NGOs, educational institutions, or community outreach

programs is a plus.
