Job Opening: Vanaspati Shift Incharge

Location: Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat

Salary: ₹60,000 per month
Shift: Rotational Shift

Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Vanaspati Shift Incharge to manage shift operations in the vanaspati (hydrogenation) plant, ensuring smooth production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete shift operations of vanaspati plant
- Supervise operators and plant manpower
- Monitor hydrogenation process parameters (temperature, pressure, etc.)
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns
- Maintain shift reports and documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and SOPs

Requirements:
- B.sc/Diploma / B.E.



in Mechanical / Chemical / related field
- 5-10 years of experience in vanaspati / edible oil industry
- Experience in shift handling / team management:
- Strong knowledge of hydrogenation process

Skills Required:
- Leadership & team handling
- Process control & troubleshooting

- Good communication skills
