Manage and enforce daily hostel routine
- Supervise students during study time, library, computer and phone usage, and common areas
- Maintain discipline using a counseling-first approach
- Build personal connections with students and understand their background, behavior and needs
- Guide students in improving habits, confidence, communication, and overall personality
- Ensure active student participation in skill-building and engagement activities
- Monitor student well-being (behavioral, emotional, academic support)
- Maintain and submit weekly reports on student progress and hostel environment
- Interact with parents periodically to share updates and handle basic concerns
- Take initiative in planning activities, events, and student engagement programs, conduct regular sessions on public speaking,



communication, and team-building activities
- Identify issues proactively and resolve them efficiently
- Ensure a safe, structured, and positive hostel environment at all times

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
