Position Overview:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 30 to 45 years
- Marital Status: Married (mandatory)
- Must be disciplined, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 years of overall experience
- At least 2 years in Banking / NBFC / Finance sector
Salary:
₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, NBFC regulations, and Digital Lending norms
- Stay updated with latest circulars and implement changes
Documentation & Reporting:
- Manage loan documentation and compliance records
- Handle regulatory filings and reports
Credit Bureau Reporting:
- Monitor and verify data submission to:
- CIBIL
- Experian
- CRIF Highmark
- Equifax
- Identify and resolve rejection errors and data discrepancies
Audit & Internal Control:
- Conduct internal compliance checks
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
KYC & AML Compliance:
- Ensure proper KYC verification process
- Monitor AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance
Risk & Process Monitoring:
- Identify compliance risks
- Suggest improvements in internal processes
