Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to oversee and manage day-to-day transportation operations. The role involves coordinating logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing routes, and maintaining cost efficiency across all transport activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate transportation schedules, routes, and vehicle allocation
- Monitor and track vehicle movement to ensure timely dispatch and delivery




- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and clients for smooth execution of operations
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including fuel usage and vehicle maintenance
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
- Identify and resolve transportation issues such as delays, breakdowns, or driver-related concerns
- Optimize logistics costs and suggest process improvements
- Prepare and present regular reports on transportation performance to management

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport/logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and transportation regulations
