Role Mandate (Read This First)

This is not a planning role. This is a pure execution role.

If you cannot shoot, adapt, and deliver content on the go using iPhone & DSLR, this role is not for you. We need someone who can own shoots end-to-end and deliver platform-ready content at speed.

Core Responsibilities1. Shoot. Deliver. Repeat.
- Execute daily content shoots using iPhone and DSLR:
- Deliver high-quality, platform-ready content with mínimal supervision
- Handle real-time shooting environments (restaurants, offices, outdoor locations, events)

2. Speed + Output
- Turn around content within tight timelines (same-day / next-day delivery):
- Shoot with edit in mind (reels, transitions, hooks, cuts)

3. On-Ground Ownership
- Manage shoots independently — framing, lighting, angles, movement
- Take calls on-ground without waiting for approvals on every detail
- Ensure no compromise on quality despite time pressure

4. Platform Understanding
- Create content that is native to Instagram & short-form video trends:
- Understand what works — hooks, pacing, transitions, storytelling

Basic Editing (Non-Negotiable)
- Deliver edited photos/videos (not raw dumps)
- Use tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut / mobile editing apps efficiently

Non-Negotiables
- Strong hands-on experience with iPhone + DSLR shooting:
- Ability to work quick without hand-holding:
- Comfortable with long shoot hours / last-minute schedules:
- Must have a “get-it-done” attitude — no dependency culture

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
