Develop and manage MEP models in coordination with architectural and structural models.
- Lead clash detection, coordination, and resolution processes using tools like Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Generate detailed and accurate 3D MEP models in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with MEP design engineers and consultants to ensure BIM deliverables are fully aligned with design intent.
- Support the creation of construction and shop drawings from BIM models.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and BIM execution planning.
- Maintain model integrity, version control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to company BIM standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
