Job Summary
The Production Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities to ensure productive operations, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of products. The role requires working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily production
- schedules as per demand and deadlines Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and mínimal downtime
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs during manufacturing Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores departments
- Manage manpower allocation on the production floor Maintain production reports, batch records, and documentation Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines
- Order management for timely delivery of products.




- Handle troubleshooting of production issues and minimize losses Monitor raw material usage and control wastage

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of production processes and planning
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills knowledge of GMP / ISO standards (important - for fragrance, pharma, FMCG)Basic understanding of ERP systems (like SAP, Tally)
- Good coordination skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Production / B.Sc. (Chemistry)
- Relevant experience: 2-5 years (can adjust based on your requirement)
