Role Overview

This role is primarily focused on data handling, report generation, and client coordination. The Customer Success Executive will work closely with client data, generate actionable reports, and ensure timely communication with clients to support smooth operations and effective use of Firmway’s platform.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Analysis
- Collect, organize, and validate client financial and operational data
- Perform basic data analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and gaps
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the system

Report Generation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, summaries, and dashboards
- Generate client-specific MIS reports based on requirements
- Highlight key insights, variances, and actionable points from data

Client Coordination
- Connect with clients to share reports, updates, and required data inputs
- Follow up on pending data, clarifications, and report validations
- Ensure timely communication and closure of client requests

Accounting Support
- Work on basic accounting data such as ledgers, reconciliation,



AP/AR reports
- Assist in identifying mismatches and reporting them to clients
- Align client data with system requirements

Process & Documentation
- Maintain proper documentation of reports, client communication, and workflows
- Ensure adherence to defined processes and timelines
- Support in improving reporting formats and efficiency

Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and data requirements
- Escalate discrepancies or delays proactively

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Min 6 months of experience (freshers with strong accounting understanding can apply)

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic analysis)
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts (AP/AR, reconciliation, ledgers)
- Valuable communication skills for client interaction
- High attention to deta
