Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate stock records of all materials (civil, electrical, carpentry, hardware, etc.)
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise indents in a timely manner
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation

2. Material Receiving
- Verify materials received against PO, delivery challan, and invoice:
- Check quality, quantity, and specifications of materials
- Ensure proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation

3. Material Issuance
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions:
- Maintain proper material issue records and registers:
- Control wastage and unauthorized usage of materials

4. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain records of:
- GRNs
- Material inward/outward registers
- Stock reports
- Update data in ERP / Excel systems regularly

5. Site Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Project Managers / Site Engineers for material planning
- Procurement team for timely deliveries
- Ensure material availability as per project schedule

6. Vendor & Logistics Coordination




- Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules:
- Arrange for loading/unloading and storage at site

7. Housekeeping & Safety
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe store area:
- Follow safety norms and material handling practices

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of interior fit-out materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, electricals, etc.)
- Basic understanding of BOQ and drawings:
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems:
- Good coordination and communication skills

Experience & Qualification:
- 2-5+ years experience in store/inventory management (preferably in interior fit-out / construction)
- Graduate / Diploma (any relevant field preferred)
