Conduct training for banking BPO process (sales, product, compliance, soft skills):
- Identify training gaps using TNI (Training Need Identification):
- Deliver onboarding and refresher training programs
- Design structured training modules and content
- Monitor trainee performance and drive improvement plans
- Ensure adherence to banking and process compliance standards

Mandatory Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience in TNI (Training Need Identification):
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a Trainer (on paper):
- Prior experience in BPO / Banking / BFSI process:
- CIBIL Score: 650 or above (mandatory):
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Screening Criteria (Strict):
- Must be able to independently handle training sessions

Note:
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
