Social Media Executive (1 Year Experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts (images, reels, videos, captions)
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Monitor trends and create relevant content
- Engage with followers (comments, DMs, replies)
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams
- Run basic paid ad campaigns (optional but preferred)

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
- Content writing and captioning skills
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva:
- Understanding of hashtags, trends, and engagement strategies
- Creativity and strong communication skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media,



or related field (preferred)
- 1 year of experience (internships/freelance included)
- Portfolio or sample social media work

Preferred Skills
- Basic video editing (Reels/Shorts)
- Knowledge of social media ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Understanding of branding and audience targeting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,580.33 - ₹25,948.23 per month
