This is a consultative outreach role — not a conventional telecalling position. You will be speaking with health-conscious professionals and families about the reliable health impact of Delhi's air pollution and arranging meetings with our field team.

Your goal is not to sell anything on the phone. Your goal is to make people curious enough about their family's health to agree to a meeting. That's it.

If you enjoy meaningful conversations about health, can explain things clearly and warmly, and take pride in your communication skills — this role is designed for you.

What You Will Do

Make outbound calls to warm and interested prospects from a curated database

Explain the health impact of air pollution in simple, clear, engaging language

Generate genuine curiosity and interest in indoor air quality solutions

Arrange face to face meetings between interested prospects and our field team

Follow up consistently and maintain accurate call records

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience in counselling, client outreach, or phone based communication

Clear, confident,



warm spoken English and Hindi

Ability to explain health or wellness concepts in simple accessible language

Genuine interest in health, wellness, or environmental issues

Lives within reasonable commuting distance of Malviya Nagar, South Delhi

Serious about a stable long term role with real growth potential

Preferred Background

Education counselling, immigration counselling, insurance, health products, wellness, or any role involving explaining complex topics to non-expert audiences over the phone.
