Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
- Prepare, review and record journal entries in the accounting system.
- Perform periodic bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Generate invoices, bills and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.




- 2-5 years of experience in an accountiing field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite(Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP
- Execellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manages time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with TDS work
