Job Summary

Mukta Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure proper execution of Plumbing works. The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and technicians while maintaining quality standards, safety practices, and timely completion of project activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to project drawings, technical specifications, and company standards.
- Workforce Coordination

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, technicians, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution of work and timely progress.
- Plumbing Work Monitoring

Monitor installation and execution of plumbing services to ensure proper implementation and compliance with project requirements.
- Material Coordination

Regularly check material availability at the site and coordinate with the purchase or material coordinator team to arrange required materials.
- Quality Assurance





Ensure all work is performed according to quality standards and project specifications, and immediately report any deviations or issues.
- Site Safety Monitoring

Ensure all workers follow basic safety guidelines and site safety protocols during project execution.
- Daily Site Reporting

Maintain daily work reports, site activity updates, and progress records for internal tracking and management review.
- Tools & Equipment Management

Monitor the usage and condition of tools, machinery, and equipment at the site and ensure proper handling.
- Problem Identification & Resolution

Identify potential site issues or delays and coordinate with engineers or management to resolve them quickly.
- Manpower Planning for Site

Plan and manage the required manpower at the site based on project requirements and work progress. Ensure proper allocation of technicians and labor teams to maintain smooth and timely execution of plumbing works.
