Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Solar Panel Installation)

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers in assigned areas
- Conduct field visits and explain solar solutions to customers
- Promote and sell solar panel installation services
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and installations
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:




- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales (solar or related industry preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel locally
- Basic understanding of solar products is a plus
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
