Responsibilities:
Understands the critical nature of business and acts with urgency to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Further strengthen relationships with internal and external personnel including senior operations members, IT team, custodians and/or industry contacts to educate, seek direction, obtain information and resolve problems. Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounts, appropriate research on breaks along with a detailed understanding of inputs, dependencies, and data flow.

Develop understanding of Principal Global Investors' products, team procedures, and clients' needs through self-initiated research, participation in available training programs and involvement in on-going investment activities

Maintain and expand upon comprehensive understanding of Principal Global Investors products, team procedures, client needs, financial markets and more granular security and asset class data and sensitivities through self-initiated research, participation in available training programs. With knowledge, proactively employ better,



more effective ways to resolve breaks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in accounting, finance, economics or business required, should possess 7 to 9 years' work experience in investment/mutual fund operations or related field. Good understanding of Capital Markets and Investments banking required.

Analytical & problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills required.
