- ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Lead - HR, based in Kolkata to take on a strategic, people-centric role. The incumbent will serve as the HR bridge between our USA Headquarters and the India team, lead Talent Management and Engagement for India, and own the responsibility of building and sustaining a positive, high-performing team culture. Recruitment support will be an additional area of contribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Talent Management
- Manage performance cycles (goal-setting, mid-year and annual reviews), succession planning, and career development frameworks.
- Develop IDPs and coordinate with L&D; for targeted upskilling and internal mobility opportunities.
- Maintain talent dashboards and provide data-driven insights on workforce health and development needs.

Talent Engagement
- Plan and execute a year-round engagement calendar — CSR Activities, town halls, team events, milestone recognitions, and well-being initiatives.
- Conduct regular group and one-on-one employee meetings to understand individual and team challenges and facilitate timely, effective resolutions
- Analyse engagement data and build action plans in collaboration with managers.
- Track attrition trends and implement proactive retention strategies.

USA-India HR Bridge
