Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe radiology reports (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, etc.) from audio or handwritten notes.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting of medical reports.
- Proofread and edit reports before final submission to the radiologist.
- Maintain turnaround time for report typing and delivery.
- Coordinate with radiologists for clarifications or corrections.
- Upload and manage reports in Hospital Information System (HIS) / Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of reports.
- Assist in printing and dispatching reports to concerned departments/patients.

Qualification & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in medical transcription or radiology typing preferred.
- Good typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM) with high accuracy.

Key Skills:
- Knowledge of medical terminology, especially radiology terms.
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word and hospital software (HIS/RIS/PACS).
- Positive listening and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
