Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations.
- Monitor quality of workmanship and materials.
- Handle in office issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and discipline
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
- Communicate project updates, site progress, and challenges to the project manager.
- Verify material quality and quantity as per project specifications.
- Maintain records of materials used and material inventory at the site.
- Maintain daily work reports, attendance of labor, and site progress updates.
- Report delays, deviations, or technical issues to management.
- Ensure the work meets the company’s standards for quality and finish.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance among site workers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Civil: 8 years (preferred)
