Job Title: CCTV Technician

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of CCTV cameras (Bullet, Dome, PTZ, IP Cameras).
- Installation and configuration of DVR/NVR systems.
- Structured cabling (CAT6 indoor & outdoor), routing, and termination.
- Configuration of remote viewing on mobile & desktop.
- Troubleshooting camera, network, and recording issues.
- Maintenance and servicing of surveillance systems.
- Site inspection and technical planning before installation.
- Managing junior technicians and supervising site work.
- Preparing service reports and documentation.
- Ensuring timely project completion.

Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of IP & Analog CCTV systems.
- Experience with brands like CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua,



Secureye, etc.
- Knowledge of networking basics (IP addressing, port forwarding, routers).
- Ability to configure NVR/DVR remotely.
- Understanding of POE switches and network setup.
- Ability to use testing tools and installation equipment.

Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / Technical Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of hands-on CCTV installation experience.
- Must be willing to travel for site work.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling government or corporate projects.
- Leadership experience managing technicians.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
