As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the bridge between a student’s aspirations and their professional future. You will manage the complete admission journey—from the first interaction with a lead to successful enrollment.

We are looking for a dynamic communicator who can guide students and parents in choosing the right tech career path while maintaining strong conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion
- Call and follow up with prospective students
- Understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs

Admissions Process Handling
- Manage end-to-end admission activities
- Handle documentation, fee explanation, and batch scheduling

Student Counselling
- Conduct one-on-one counselling (in-person & virtual)
- Explain course benefits, placement support, and career outcomes

Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for students and parents




- Deliver a qualified and positive experience

Database & CRM Management
- Maintain lead data and ensure proper follow-ups
- Track conversions and update CRM regularly

Brand Representation
- Handle walk-ins and support local promotional activities
- Represent the academy professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
- 1-3 years in Education Sales / Admission Counselling / Telesales

Communication:
- Fluent in Malayalam & English:
- Tamil/Hindi is an added advantage

Sales Skills:
- Strong convincing ability with target-driven mindset

Technical Awareness:
- Basic understanding of IT / software courses

Soft Skills:
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
