Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Operations Workspace), ITOM, CMDB, and others as needed.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other technologies.
- Implement workflows, business rules, Script Includes,



and automation to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with product teams, IT stakeholders, and ServiceNow specialists to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure platform reliability.
- Create and maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, architecture, and release processes aligned with best practices and ITIL.
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure functionality and stability.
- Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge-sharing sessions as needed.-
- Participate in continuous integration, build automation, and deployment processes from development to production.- Continuously learn and evaluate new ServiceNow technologies, proposing improvements to the platform and products.
