Department Overview:HR (R&D; site) in India.
Onboarding:Assist in preparing welcome kits and setting up orientation schedules

Database Management:Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) to ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance.

Employee Engagement:Help brainstorm and execute team-building events, internal newsletters, and wellness initiatives.

Scheduling Skip Level Meetings:Intern will help me in scheduling skip level meetings at the site

Coordinating in Exit Interviews:Conducting Exit Interviews.

Basic Requirements:




Education:Recently completed MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration preferrably from a good and reputed colleges.

Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Tech Savvy:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or Google Workspace.

Soft Skills:Good Attitude, Empathy and active listening

Organization:Ability to multitask and stay organized when things get busy.

Travel Requirements:Under 10%
