About the role:
Job Requirement:
- Build and deploy campaigns in automation tool with input from various stakeholders across the organization.
- Setup & execute ad-hoc campaigns, journeys.
- Provide first-line support to marketing team members on the functionality of the marketing automation platform.
- Support the Marketing Operations Manager in data management initiatives, including the improvement of data integrity; segmentation and analysis; list management.
- Perform day-to-day database maintenance, employing best practices.
- Analyse database, campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns to the team whenever asked.
- Strong attention to detail and process driven mindset.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills Knowledge / Desired Skills Positive to have(s):.
- Worked on Salesforce as Admin.
- Advance lead scoring and support asset tracking.
