- Acquire current clients through lead generation, references, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment products.
- Cross-sell products such as Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs, PMS, Insurance, etc.
- Achieve monthly revenue and activation targets.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide timely market updates.
- Resolve client queries and ensure high service standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
