Key Responsibilities:
- Design Posters:
- Create visually compelling posters, flyers, and promotional graphics for digital and print use.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and tailored to target audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Short Videos Making:
- Produce high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Handle all aspects of video production including shooting, lighting, sound, and basic setup as needed.
- Translate marketing objectives into engaging visual narratives.
- Reel Editing:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, quick-paced reels optimized for social media engagement.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, transitions, text overlays, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Stay current with social media trends and editing styles to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:




- Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent.
- Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects is a plus).
- Basic photography and lighting knowledge.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and content strategy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
