Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously update course materials to reflect the latest software, industry trends, and professional standards in digital design and emerging media.
- Assess student performance, providing timely, constructive, and actionable feedback on projects and assignments.
- Mentor students on portfolio development, career pathways, and industry best practices.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
- Participate in curriculum review, program development, and accreditation efforts.
- Engage in department and institutional service, including committee work and student recruitment activities.
- Maintain an active professional practice or scholarly agenda to ensure relevancy of instruction.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, or a closely related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of [_Insert Number, e.g.,



3-5_] years of recent, high-level professional experience in Graphics, UI/UX Design, and Motion Graphics.
- Technical Expertise (Software):
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro/Media Encoder.:
- Advanced knowledge and applied experience in UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.:
- Mandatory: Demonstrated advanced knowledge and skill in 3D production pipelines, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation using either Cinema 4D or Blender. A strong portfolio showcasing 3D work is required.
- Design & Pedagogy Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
- Solid knowledge of UX research methods, wireframing, prototyping, and accessibility standards.
