Job Title: Public Relations (PR) Executive - Social Media (Instagram & YouTube)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a PR Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across Instagram and YouTube. This role focuses on building a robust online image, creating engaging content strategies, and maintaining positive relationships with our audience and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our Instagram and YouTube presence
- Plan and execute content strategies to increase engagement and reach
- Coordinate with content creators, influencers, and partners
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience feedback and respond appropriately
- Handle online reputation and address any negative feedback professionally
- Assist in planning campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Track performance metrics (views, engagement, followers) and optimize strategies
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes

Requirements:




- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram & YouTube)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas
- Ability to handle public interactions and feedback calmly
- Familiarity with influencers/collaborations is a plus
- Prior experience in PR, social media, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time / Long-term

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
