Responsibilities:
- Install and commission ground mounted solar PV systems
- Assemble and install mounting structures (fixed tilt/ tracker systems)
- Perform site preparation including structure alignment and module mounting
- Conduct system testing and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure proper earthing and lighting protection setup
- Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors for executions.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of ground mounted solar systems
- Understanding of Solar components, read electrical drawings and layouts
- Familiarity with tools and testing instruments
- Experience in DC/ AC wiring and cable management
- willingness to travel to project sites
- Physically fit for field work
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
