Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding career options, courses, and university admissions
- Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound/cold calls to prospective students
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Support end-to-end admission processes, from inquiry to enrollment
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement effective enrollment strategies
- Address and resolve queries related to courses,
eligibility, and admission procedures
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and guide students effectively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
Preferred Skills:
- Sales or counselling experience is a plus
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
