Job Title: Telecaller

Department: Front Office / Patient Relations

Job Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote services, handle patient/customer inquiries, generate leads, and ensure a positive communication experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to maintain accurate records of conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients/customers to inform them about services, offers, or campaigns
- Handle inbound calls and respond to queries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups as required
- Maintain and update customer/patient databases accurately
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into visits or sales
- Follow communication scripts while handling different topics
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to relevant departments
- Maintain call records and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Achieve call targets and conversion goals set by management

- Number of calls made/handled per day
- Lead generation and conversion rate
- Appointment bookings
- Customer satisfaction and feedback
- Accuracy of data entry and reporting

Required Skills:
- Valuable verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Active listening and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling/customer service (Healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory)

Working Conditions:
- Day shift / Rotational shift (as applicable)
- Office-based role

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
